If you have your order number you can check the status of your order, delivery info and contact details under your account.
You can then check the contact details you have used to register with us. We’re unable to change email addresses on current orders, however you can see the full progress of your order by logging in above, including Tracking links to track your parcels.
If your information and email are correct, we recommend checking your spam folder in case your order confirmation has been sent there. Please add orders@weareurbanground.com to your email contacts to ensure you receive all future communications regarding your orders.
If you do not have your order number please contact the Support team with your name, email address and the products you ordered so they can send over the information you need.
